The role serves as a key contributor to the successful delivery of BankUnited's organizational development strategy.
What You Will Do
Administer, coordinate, and execute organizational development and talent management programs, facilitate recurring development programs, analyze program and survey data, and provide operational support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Three to five years of professional experience in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, human resources, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, ATD, DiSC, MBTI, or similar credentials
