Job Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking for a Full Time Originating External Sales Manager to maintain personal production and supervise a staff of Loan Originators. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Mortgage Industry and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors
Familiarity with local, state and national laws
Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze financial information
Ability to manage a staff of Loan Originators
Sales-oriented self-starter
