Born in the Fort Worth Stockyards in early 2008, the company’s team of 100+ award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services in 50+ Rodeo locations throughout the states of Texas, Colorado and Arizona. We are seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment options, convert planned treatment to scheduled treatment, and communicate with referring offices. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of previous dental front office experience, 1 year of treatment coordinating experience, and 1 year of orthodontic experience. Bilingual skills in Spanish are required, and travel is 100% of the time amongst sister offices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous dental front office experience
  • 1 year of treatment coordinating experience
  • 1 year of orthodontic experience
  • Knowledge of all dental insurances, including PPOs and Medi & Chip
  • Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
