Role OverviewThe role is for an Orthodontist to join a growing orthodontic program in Reno, Nevada. The program is part of a 100% dentist-owned private dental group. The Orthodontist will have the flexibility to either travel to Reno 1-2 days per week or make Northern Nevada their long-term home.
What You Will Do
The Orthodontist will step into an established dental organization with a growing pediatric referral engine, guaranteed daily compensation, and incentives for new starts. They will earn immediately while helping develop the orthodontic program.

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program
- Active Nevada dental license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills with patients and parents
- Collaborative approach to working with Pediatric Dentists and General Dentists
- Commitment to clinical quality and patient experience
- Ability to travel consistently to Reno or willingness to relocate to Northern Nevada
