Role OverviewHealthcare Project Manager is a project leadership position with responsibility for architectural design and technical production of projects. The role involves managing the overall project through all design phases, including client interaction, schedule and financial performance. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
What You Will Do
Manage project teams, determine staffing assignments required to meet project milestones, and lead in coordination with consultants and design team. Coordinate material identification and specifications, quality control of contract documents, and lead all aspects of the Construction Administration phase.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 10 years' experience
- OSHPD/HCAI experience
- Experience with medium to large healthcare project
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision Software
- Proficient with computer-assisted design software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Passion for and fundamental understanding of sustainable design
