Role OverviewWe are looking for a full-time OSP Construction Project Engineer to build relationships with communities & contractor partners to facilitate the Outside Plant (OSP) Construction & installation of our network within a specific market. The successful candidate will reside within commutable distance of the assigned market and have frequent onsite presence.
What You Will Do
The OSP Construction Project Engineer will be directly accountable for oversight of line-crews, splicers, & subcontractor crews while tracking all projects for safe, on-time completion in alignment with CAPEX budget parameters.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ technical experience working in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required
- Fiber or Telecom industry experience essential
