Role OverviewWe are seeking a Construction Field Superintendent with strong OSP and fiber expertise to lead low-voltage infrastructure execution on a hyper-scale data center project in Montgomery, AL.
What You Will Do
Lead field execution of OSP and ISP fiber installations, oversee microduct pathway installation, manage fiber splicing, termination, testing, and documentation, and enforce jobsite safety standards.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in low-voltage construction leadership
- Strong OSP fiber background in data center or large commercial environments
- OSP and ISP fiber installation
- Microduct pathway installation
- Fiber jetting and tugging
- Fiber splicing, termination, and OTDR testing
- Structured cabling systems
- Experience managing field crews and subcontractors
- Working knowledge of Primavera, Primavera Cloud, or equivalent scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 certification
- Confined Space certification
- Ability to read blueprints, fiber routing plans, and site drawings
- Strong cost control and production management skills
