Role OverviewThe OSS Technician provides both in-person and remote IT support for AMD employees, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, operating system, and account-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role supports day-to-day IT operations, employee onboarding, conference room technology, endpoint deployment, and engineering-specific support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
What You Will Do
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows and Linux through walk-up support, remote sessions, phone, and Microsoft Teams. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, printing, peripheral, and operating system issues.
