Requirements
Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally
Ensure all plates are properly garnished, organized, and prepared before leaving the kitchen
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding timing, modifications, and special requests
Describe dishes, ingredients, and accompaniments to guests when delivering food
Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat positions, and dining room flow
Assist servers with clearing plates and maintaining table cleanliness as needed
Support restaurant setup, side work, and breakdown duties
Ensure food presentation standards are maintained during delivery
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas
Respond promptly to guest and operational needs
Maintain Hyatt service standards and professionalism at all times
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
