Requirements

  • Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally
  • Ensure all plates are properly garnished, organized, and prepared before leaving the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding timing, modifications, and special requests
  • Describe dishes, ingredients, and accompaniments to guests when delivering food
  • Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat positions, and dining room flow
  • Assist servers with clearing plates and maintaining table cleanliness as needed
  • Support restaurant setup, side work, and breakdown duties
  • Ensure food presentation standards are maintained during delivery
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas
  • Respond promptly to guest and operational needs
  • Maintain Hyatt service standards and professionalism at all times
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
