Job Description
Osteria Sierra is seeking a PM Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for evening guests. This part-time position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for hospitality and a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Assist servers in delivering food, clearing plates, and maintaining clean and organized tables.
  • Refill water, bread, and other table-side needs during service.
  • Support with table resetting, silverware polishing, and maintaining side stations.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow sanitation standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and assist with any special requests or accommodations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
