Role OverviewThe Outbound Logistics team is responsible for the efficient on-time delivery of lululemon product and shipments. They support stores, strategic partners, community teams, online guests, and others by coordinating domestic, cross-border, and international shipments in North America and beyond.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will support the Outbound Logistics Management team in developing and delivering robust logistics solutions, identify improvement initiatives, lead selected projects, and develop a team of logistics specialists.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics and supply chain related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
