Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of previous warehouse supervisory/managerial experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong overall computer and data entry skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
