Role OverviewCentral Transport is hiring an Operations Supervisor at our Blaine, MN terminal to support our growing LTL (Less-than-Truckload) network. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with some operations, dock, or transportation experience—or high-potential early-career professionals ready to step into leadership within logistics and supply chain.
What You Will Do
Oversee dock operations within a high-volume LTL terminal, manage freight loading, unloading, and palletized sortation, and supervise a team of dockworkers, drivers, and terminal staff.

Benefits
- $65,000–$80,000 base salary
