The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for the complete operational oversight and leadership of the dock team, achieving on-time initiatives, departures, and delivery goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years transportation supervisory experience including supervising truck drivers or dockworkers.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrate a record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding goals in previous positions.
  • Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
