Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa seeks a Full Time Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead guest-facing programs and deliver a quality experience for all guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for the natural world, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in facilitation and guiding outdoor adventure programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilitation and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs
  • 1 – 2+ years guiding experience hiking
  • First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
  • ACCT Facilitator Level I or II certification or willingness to complete provided training
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
