We are seeking an Outdoor Adventure Guide to join our team at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the natural world, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate group programs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilitation and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs
  • 1 – 2+ years guiding experience hiking
  • 1 – 5+ years of experience in facilitation of High and Low Ropes Elements
  • First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
  • ACCT Facilitator Level I or II preferred or willingness to complete provided training
  • Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder Preferred or willingness to complete provided training
  • Lifeguard certification preferred or willingness to complete provided lifeguard training and pass lifeguard test required for role
  • Trained or willing to be trained at facilitating stand up paddleboard and kayaking
