  • Personal interest in outdoor adventure pursuits
  • Extensive hiking experience
  • Water activity experience
  • Climbing experience
  • Knowledge of rope systems
  • Facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, creative, and flexible
  • Ability to climb and traverse cables
  • Ability to perform, or learn to perform, and facilitate all activities related to outdoor adventure
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry outdoor adventure equipment
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office particularly Outlook
  • Valid Driver's License
