The Seasonal Outdoor Adventure Guide is a summer role at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, requiring strong interpersonal, customer service, group management, and critical thinking skills. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, group management, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility in regard to scheduling and daily duties
  • Ability to carry and climb ladders of 10-12ft and transition to climb poles upwards of 50ft
  • Ability to walk, stand, and belay for extended periods
  • Ability to hike for extended periods at a 3-4 mile hour pace
