Outdoor Education Coordinator position available at Glorieta Adventure Camps, coordinating STEM-related curriculum, guest experience, budget management, and recruitment of schools. Hourly pay plus housing and benefits.

Requirements

  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
  • Gather information and determine needs of all groups to create exceptional Outdoor Education experiences.
  • Supervise communication with group leaders and staff development through training and enrichment opportunities.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks for Outdoor Education groups, manage housing and resource reservations, and facilitate tours for prospective guests.
  • Create awareness of the OE program through local and regional travel to schools, partner strategically with marketing and sales staff, and manage budget to meet program goals.
  • Demonstrate STEM knowledge and experience while teaching the OE curriculum to school groups of various ages.
  • Manage all aspects of quality control during the Outdoor Education season, ensure guest retention, and maximize guest experience.
  • Form authentic relationships with group sponsors and leaders, teachers, future guests, and staff.
