Job Description
Pool Attendants of America is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Hospitality Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests in vibrant outdoor settings.
Requirements
18+ years of age
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related outdoor role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during emergency situations
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and perform light lifting when necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in an outdoor environment
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
