Role OverviewThe Seasonal Outdoor Cultivation Technician will assist with the outdoor harvest and cultivation processes during the peak season. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and supporting the full cannabis plant lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Harvest cannabis plants, assist with weighing, labeling, tracking, and monitoring plants/materials, prepare products for market, trim, package, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all workspaces.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, farming, or related physical labor fields preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions.
