Job Description
The Outlets Director, Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt DFW is responsible for leading the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including Grand Met Restaurant, Grand Met Lounge, Private Dining, and Mini-Bar, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals. This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with experience in high-volume luxury hotels or resorts, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills.
Requirements
3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight
Experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort environment
Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, and profitability
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
