Job Description
The Outlets Director, Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt DFW is responsible for leading the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including Grand Met Restaurant, Grand Met Lounge, Private Dining, and Mini-Bar, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals. This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with experience in high-volume luxury hotels or resorts, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight
  • Experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
