Job Description
Grand Hyatt DFW is seeking an exceptional Outlets Director, Food & Beverage to lead multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, elevating guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals across all dining venues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight
  • Experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Demonstrated success managing complex restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining operations
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
