Outlets Director, Food & Beverage position at Grand Hyatt DFW, responsible for leading daily operations of multiple dining venues, driving guest experiences, and achieving financial goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight.
  • Experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
