Job Description
The Outlets Director will oversee the daily operations of the hotel outlets, including Canyon Market, Mesa Centrale, Tiki Taka, and In-Room Dining, and be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, colleague morale, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
