The Director of Outlets oversees food and beverage outlets within a hotel, responsible for planning, managing operations, and implementing sales and marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
