Role OverviewJoin our team at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa as an Outlets Host, where you'll be responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their tables, maintaining courteous and efficient dining room operations.
What You Will Do
Meet and greet guests, ensure even distribution of tables, escort guests to tables, receive and record reservations, and assist wait staff and bus staff as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
No prior experience required, but hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle customer complaints, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

- Ability to work POS system and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
- Ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items
