Job Description
The Outlets Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of 5 Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel, with a focus on quality product and excellent service experience.

Requirements

  • Responsible for short- and long-term planning of all Outlets
  • Supports and manages the Hotel Outlets while working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other hotel departments
  • Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction
