Job Description
The Outlets Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of 5 Food & Beverage outlets in a hotel, requiring strong leadership, communication skills, and detail orientation.

Requirements

  • Responsible for short- and long-term planning of all Outlets
  • Supports and manages the Hotel Outlets while working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other hotel departments
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous performance management
