Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a similar setting
  • Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
  • Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
