Role Overview

The Outlets Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas (grab-and-go market and lounge) within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.

What You Will Do

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, product quality, and guest service. Monitor outlet appearance, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience managing retail, grab-and-go, café, bar, or lounge operations
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
