Role Overview

The Outlets Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring efficient and profitable performance. This person will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, product quality, and guest service.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The Outlets Manager will also coordinate special events at the hotel and monitor daily revenue, labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience managing retail, grab-and-go, café, bar, or lounge operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
