Role OverviewThe Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel-managed food and beverage outlets, including Copper & Steel Market, C&S Table, Steel Horse Cabana (Seasonal), In-Room Dining, and C&S Bar. The role involves providing strategic leadership and oversight of all outlet operations, developing and managing budgets, and implementing food and beverage sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading the recruitment, training, and development of team members, overseeing payroll, forecasting, reporting, inventory, and budgeting processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient guest service.
