Role OverviewThe Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel-managed food and beverage outlets, including Copper & Steel Market, C&S Table, Steel Horse Cabana (Seasonal), In-Room Dining, and C&S Bar. This role involves providing strategic leadership and oversight of all outlet operations, developing and managing budgets, and implementing food and beverage sales and marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading the recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members, overseeing payroll, forecasting, reporting, inventory, and budgeting processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient guest service.

Requirements

- Proven leadership skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset

- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
