Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline (must be independently licensed to practice in Arkansas)
• Licensed in Arkansas as a Mental Health Professional with at least two years post-master’s experience in psychiatric or mental health setting
• Effective communication skills and leadership ability
• Demonstrated knowledge, training and skills necessary and appropriate to the patient-specific population
• Ability to function with minimum supervision and interface appropriately with healthcare team
