Role OverviewInova Neurology/Neurosurgery is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full time days position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.
What You Will Do
Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling. Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols. Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.
