Job Description
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Counselor is responsible for ensuring that each participant is provided the services necessary to achieve the goals of treatment as outlined in their individualized treatment plan.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Minimum of one (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience
  • Must be Licensed at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Addiction Counselor
  • Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision towards licensure
  • Valid ID required
  • Finger Print Clearance Card required
