Role Overview

Promotes a professional practice image by performing business and clerical tasks to facilitate the smooth flow of patients and work. Receives and registers patients, manages the telephone, and schedules appointments.

What You Will Do

Greet and register patients, collect payments, process forms, and verify/updates demographic and insurance information. Run insurance verification/eligibility, answer telephone, and direct incoming calls.

Requires 2 years of medical office or customer service experience, high school graduate or equivalent, and basic understanding of medical terms and abbreviations. Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain organized and accurate records, and uphold ICARE core values.
