Job Description
Join Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush as a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist. Plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Requirements

  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • Maintains patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicates well in a professional setting.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
