Role OverviewConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. Supervise staff and contribute to program development. Adhere to state practice act regulations and the American Physical Therapy Association code of ethics.
What You Will Do
Assess physical status, range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and independence in activities of daily living. Implement individualized treatment plans and supervise staff.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current TN Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
