What You Will Do
The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care, addressing medical and social needs, and caring for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
