Job Description
Mentor Behavioral Health provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health services to children, individuals and families. Join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

Requirements

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations.
  • Provide therapy, family support, and crisis interventions to an individual, family and/or group using various treatment modalities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and coordinate discharge planning.
  • Maintain timely and accurate health record documentation.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, clinical meetings and one-on-one sessions with direct supervisor to process current status of cases.
  • Provide 25 service delivery hours per week.
