Job Description
The Office of Community Outreach (OCO) is seeking Community Coordinators to expand access to information and resources for HRA and DHS programs in the community, particularly serving at-risk populations. Coordinators will assist with applications, provide information on various program services, and engage with community organizations to advocate for agency initiatives. Outreach events and virtual participation through digital platforms are crucial for outreach.
Requirements
Assist new applicants with completing benefits applications (access HRA or other systems).
Research case history and case action through the Welfare Management System.
Attend scheduled trainings and staff meetings.
