Role Overview

The Outreach Coordinator/Medical Driver oversees the development and implementation of public education and outreach programs, and assumes responsibility for creating, planning, preparing, and executing varied programs to reach targeted populations. This role involves planning promotional, educational, and other events, developing a network and database of community contacts, and researching and preparing reports and documentation. The Medical Driver functions include serving as the primary driver of the mobile research unit, overseeing setup and logistics, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the unit.

Responsibilities include planning events, developing a network of community contacts, researching and preparing reports, training personnel, distributing educational literature, documenting daily activities, and promoting services offered to targeted groups. As a Medical Driver, you will serve as the primary driver of the mobile research unit, oversee setup and logistics, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the unit.
