Role OverviewThe Outreach Data Manager will design and oversee data collection processes to report on, analyze, and review community development programs related to tenant outreach and case management. They will evaluate, make recommendations, and implement improvements to address complex problems on the data team. The role requires preparing and presenting evaluation reports for supervisors and senior management, analyzing internal, partner, and public datasets to target outreach to communities and individuals most likely to benefit from PEU outreach, and collaborating with other city agencies and organizations to utilize new technological resources and develop best practices.
What You Will Do
The Outreach Data Manager will design and oversee data collection processes, evaluate and implement improvements, prepare and present evaluation reports, analyze datasets to target outreach, and coordinate with other Data & Analytics Team members. They will also collaborate with other city agencies and organizations to utilize new technological resources and develop best practices.

The successful candidate will have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities, or equivalent experience. They will have experience in data analysis, community outreach, and case management, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
