Role OverviewThe Outreach Executive is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. They will work closely with their team to drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.
What You Will Do
Generating leads, maintaining internal sales system knowledge, prospecting and cold calling, nurturing prospective patients, and collaborating with the team to drive lead generation.

- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
