Job Description
The NYC Public Engagement Unit is seeking an Outreach Lead to manage a team of Outreach Specialists, coordinate activities, and motivate team members in their work. The Outreach Lead will also provide programmatic support, identify opportunities for new relationships, and maintain records of events and projects.

Requirements

  • Manage a team of up to six Outreach Specialists
  • Ensure daily and weekly outreach goals are met
  • Provide programmatic support and logistical planning
  • Identify opportunities for new relationships and collaboration
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Lead training for staff and community stakeholders
