Job Description
The NYC Public Engagement Unit (PEU) is seeking an Outreach Lead to manage a team of Outreach Specialists, coordinate outreach goals, and provide programmatic support for the Tenant Support Unit.

Requirements

  • Manage a team of up to six Outreach Specialists
  • Ensure daily and weekly outreach goals are met
  • Provide programmatic support and logistical planning
  • Identify opportunities for new relationships and collaboration
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Lead trainings for staff and community stakeholders
  • Maintain records of events, projects, and referrals
