Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency that provides comprehensive care to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The Outreach Navigator will provide outreach services to Wards 7 and 8 in Washington D.C. and connect individuals with needed services and resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Associates Degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health is preferred
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience is preferred
