Role OverviewAs an Outreach Liaison, you will build relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to increase referrals for Circle Care Services. You will serve as an ambassador for the organization, educating referral sources about our ABA services and helping connect families with the support they need.
What You Will Do
Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. Generate referrals through ongoing provider outreach and relationship development.

Requirements
- Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with daily local travel
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
